I stirred up some controversy Monday.

In it I showed the cover of a major magazine
which is making some pretty big claims about the
future of real estate.
Once of my multi-millionaire students, (Matt
Larson) commented on the blog saying "We need to
'make hay while the sun is shining.'
This opportunity of a lifetime will not last
forever. It has already been 3 long hard years
since the economy has been taking a beating and a
rebound has to happen.
Some readers have cited me as going against my
typical contrarian thinking by pointing to the
fact I've stated that when the media starts saying
something is a good investment, it's already too
late to get in.
Truthfully, as Matt so wisely said, the media as a
whole isn't claiming this. Most of the media is
still saying to stay away from real estate.
I have been screaming as loud as I can the last
few years that NOW is the time to get in. So keep
your eyes peeled because more and more media will
start siding with me.
The rebound is quietly happening!
Others are asking me to move fast and release my
next programs for investing before time runs out.
But I won't just throw something together and dump
it on the market - that wouldn't be fair to you or
any of my students.
But trust me, I am working on things, testing them
thoroughly to make sure you are getting the best
of the best.
Again, Matt said it better than I could when he
posted this:
"Dean doesn't have a second gear. He only has 1
gear--FULL SPEED AHEAD!"
