How not to hate yourself or 2010 - in 2010!
It's Tony, from Dean's office. I'm hijacking his email again.
That's a pretty intense subject line right?
I'll explain in a second... Dean really should take his laptop off his desk when he goes to lunch, but today I'm glad he didn't.
It gives me a chance to write to you about the video blog he posted on Monday - it is freaking awesome!
I'm a sucker for no-nonsense, down to earth talk and while Dean is always down to earth and real with you...he's out done himself this time.
He shares some personal and really powerful - NON REAL ESTATE thoughts that are perfect for the end of the year.
So far there have been some pretty emotional responses to this blog and you HAVE to read the "Letter to Myself" posted by Matt Larson.
Powerful stuff.
Every year around December 31st, people start to make New Year's resolutions, ( I call 'em NYR's) only to wind up blowing them, and beating themselves up.
Look, the world beats us up enough, we don't need to help it by picking up our own bat and
taking a few whacks!
For most of us, a New Year's resolution is something that "goes in one Year and out the other.
So before you do another thing, take some time to watch this message from Dean and read some of your fellow DG investors posts...it's sure to encourage you and keep you from beating yourself up and having a "bad" New Year.
I'll make it real easy for you too, just click here:

Here's to days gone by and days to come,
Tony
PS - If you're determined to make some NYR's, here are my suggestions.
* Let this coming year be better by doing some of the things you've always wanted to do but "couldn't" find the time.
* Call up a forgotten friend.
* Forgive an old sorrow.
* Seek the Truth and speak it too!
* Don't make a promise you know you won't keep.
* Say, 'I love you'. Say it without shame. Say it to yourself and to others again and again
After all, time waits for no one, make the most of today.
