Dean, thanks for another very profound message. And you are exactly right. Someone once told me that if I want to learn how to make $100,000.00 in real estate, why would I take suggestions from the maintenance guy making $40,000.00 a year? He can't help me. That's why I find this site soooo valuable. These are people in the trenches everyday, and willing to help me succeed because they have already done it! Keep it coming buddy. My success is coming...I can feel it.
