Why did you want to get into real estate?

Too many people answer "Well I want to be a
millionaire and quit my job".

But that's lame, wimpy and shallow. (Sorry!)

Honestly, if that is your answer... your "WHY" - it
is less likely you will succeed.

Because there is probably no REAL emotional
motivation driving that for you - UNLESS you
