The first one to claim it wins!

What's up for grabs is the most
precious gift you have.

I'm talking here about your time.

In our Western culture many, if not all of
us, seem to feel that there is never enough
time to do all we want to do. I can
identify with that. Why did you want to
get into real estate?

In this week's newly posted, fresh and
informative blog video I point out to
you that the "issue" is not so much a
shortage of time as a problem of
priorities.

Or, as Charles Hummel wrote in 1967,
"Your greatest danger is letting the
urgent things crowd out the important."

So how do you fix it? I have a
solution. Watch and see.

But that's lame, wimpy and shallow.
(Sorry!)

Unsuccessful investors are often
beehives of activity and hard work.
They may have lots of projects, goals,
and priorities.

They may constantly be making lists and
setting action plans.

But they rarely see anything through to
completion before some urgent new
priority is pushed at them.

If you ever feel like a water bug hopped
up on energy drinks, flitting from one
urgent task to another, never getting to
the things that are really important to
you, watch my simple suggestion for
solving that.

Watch now...Breath Easier and Feel
Better In Minutes

A research project by, Ipsos, a global
marketing research firm, announced that
64 percent of Americans were most
likely to agree with the statement,
"There is never enough time in the day
to get done what I want to get done.
"

It's time you step out of that 64% and
step into the percent of my students who
are making lots of dough and loving their
lives. After all, you are a champion; just
give yourself a fighting chance to realize
it!

Have a great week!
