Dean Graziosi: Self-Made Millionaire, Real Estate Expert, Investment Authority, Intellectual Entrepreneur

Dean Graziosi, a best-selling author on cars and real estate, is one of today’s multi-millionaires who started from humble beginnings. If you are into real estate and cars, you are most likely familiar with his name. Before founding the Motor Millions and Think A Little Different Programs, Graziosi experienced life’s challenges which taught him the value and importance of money. At a young age of 16, he learned how to sell cars and how to make money doing it. He never went to college after graduating from Marlboro High School but didn’t stop him for doing what he wants and achieving his dreams.  Even before the age of 20, he already became an expert in fixing and reselling cars, which is just about the same time that he brokered his first real estate deal.
Today, the Motor Millions and Think A Little Different founder is not just a real estate, car, and investment expert. He is also an acclaimed author, TV personality, and most importantly, a businessman. In 2002, he wrote his first real estate training course, “Think A Little Different”, a mentoring program that aims to help people build their wealth through real estate. The program is backed by 20 years of experience in real estate investing, sharing a variety of strategies that are bound to earn huge amounts of profit.

Another first business information opportunity package that Graziosi built is Motor Millions, a money-making program that teaches individuals how to make money selling cars. It was also his first ever infomercial in 1998. The year after, he instantly became a household name when he started appearing on television everyday for his infomercial series on late night TV, which led him to form Dean Enterprises, LLC, the production arm of his business. Dean Enterprises, LLC manages all of Graziosi’s television shows and infomercials. Today, it has expanded by producing shows for other clients through TV and online marketing.
The Automated Foreclosure Finder Program is another of Graziosi’s foray into the world of money-making through real estate. With the AFF Program, prime real estate investment opportunities will be the ones coming to those who avail of the system, instead of the other way around. The AFF Program is a set of tools that allows homeowners who are on the brink of getting their properties foreclosed receive assistance from AFF affiliates who can help these homeowners get out of their financial troubles.
One of his more recent books, “Be a Real Estate Millionaire: How to Build Wealth for a Lifetime in an Uncertain Economy”, reveals seven strategies on unlocking hidden real estate values. Additionally, it teaches readers the five types of real estate markets and ways to work around these markets to maximize profits. The simplicity in Graziosi’s method is backed by years of experience in the real estate investment industry, giving others hope that just by following Dean’s common sense approach to making millions, they too, can be millionaires themselves.
In his interview with Phoenix Magazine in 2010, the “Infomercial Man” revealed the secret to his success despite that year being one of the worst in terms of recession. “Fear of failure, negative people in their lives – these are the things that really hold people back,” said Dean. This alone exposes Graziosi’s optimistic side, encouraging and pushing people to get out there and make money for themselves through selling real estate and cars. His flagship website, deangraziosi.com, is full of testimonials from his students, detailing their success stories to persuade others to try out the program and see it for themselves.
While his programs, DVDs, websites, and books talk about strategies and methods, Graziosi admits that success really depends on the person himself. One can spend thousands and thousands of dollars enrolling in Dean’s programs and purchasing his products but ultimately, nothing will be accomplished if people don’t work hard to actually earn their income.
Since his earnings are now in the millions, Graziosi has decided to give back by donating a percentage of his book sales to Richard Branson’s charity, Virgin Unite, through The Centurion Mastermind Group, an organization that Dean himself co-founded. Additionally, the Operation Free Home contest awards a family the opportunity to live in one of Graziosi’s homes for a year, a home that he took off the market to help a family in need.
Today, Dean continues to live his dream of helping others make money by giving tips and sound advice on how to be successful. He holds weekly video trainings, gives away free trips, and continues to learn everything there is about the real estate market so he can continuously share it with his students and others who want to learn his methods on how to flip real estate properties that is best for all parties.
