3 Misconceptions about Real Estate Business: Dean Graziosi Teaches You What Not to Trust in Real Estate

While signing first home buying deal, most of the sellers as well as buyers trust their real estate agent almost blindly. No doubt real estate agents are a big part of the business. They run down the path, hunt deals for you, arrange everything legal as well as professional and then charge a good amount of commission.

Nevertheless, they are not angels coming down the sky who will tell you everything true. Dean Graziosi expresses that like everyone else; real estate agents too know some secrets about real estate business that they will never reveal to their clients. In order to take full advantage of today’s real estate business, one must understand basic rules and regulations of real estate.

Dean Graziosi is a millionaire, bestselling book author, a successful entrepreneur and runs a famous infomercial series on national TV channels. He started his business almost two decades ago. He has conducted many super successful real estate deals. He believes in using new technology while dealing with different aspects of real estate.

Dean teaches a lot of people tricks to become successful in real estate world. For this purpose he has designed various programs. He conducts live events to teach people about his business and about real estate. His programs are not something that claims to turn you into a real estate tycoon overnight. Instead, he teaches simply and accurately basic, intermediate and advanced level tricks of real estate.
Dean believes that one must never rely completely on what the real estate agent is saying. Although, the agent will never deceit you, there are some issues that he will never explain to you. Following are shared some of the basic things that your real estate agent won’t tell you.

Your Agent Will Take Decisions on Your Behalf:
An agent with experience of 20 years can easily understand with your immature behavior that you are new to the field. In this situation, if the agent is trying to take the lead in his hands, ask them politely to let you do your business. It is not agent who will decide whether this deal is for you, only you have the power to take your decision. Don’t let the agent pursue you to take the final decision.

You Will Fall in Love with That House:
After visiting a number of houses, your real estate agent will sooth you saying that one day you’ll find the property with which you’ll fall in love. Don’t fall in love with the property this will make you do things that you otherwise won’t do. Take rational and sane decisions and survey different properties before taking final decision.

I’ll Walk Away:
Some real estate agents often use a phrase “the client will walk away”. This phrase is meant to control and pursue you. Take the reins of the deal in your hands. If you came under pressure of the ‘walk away’ phrase, you might make a deal that is not in your favor. Instead of being exploited, state clearly “you’ll walk away” if your demands are not met, remember there are so many properties waiting for you in the city.
