·         Which is best source to generate more leads
·         How many leads are converted in to deals (finalized projects where you actually decide to meet the seller)

·         How much you make from each seller
·         How much you spend to acquire a seller
Now that you have all of the required information, you can put up a plan in accordance to this information. Always make a plan that is practical and that generates leads. Never spend too much, and never hesitate to spend a few dollars more on a profitable deal
