From the time internet came into existence, it has been increasingly used in all forms and ways. Use of internet in real estate is not new, however social media has changed the scene completely. On one hand it has increased and expanded audience and prospectus market, at the same note, it has also increased competition. Today when you have a global audience to set as a target market, you have to face global competition as well.

Since last real estate crisis of 2010, realtors are now becoming more innovative. According to Dean Graziosi, you cannot expect to become successful unless you adapt your business with modern technology and trends. When we talk of social media, there are so many chances of expanding your reach to far greater audience. You can use facebook, tumbler, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+ and other similar platforms.

Dean Graziosi believes that not just realtors, agents, brokers, buyers as well as sellers, all can get advantage from vast world of internet. However, it is also suggested to beware of scams and frauds. According to 2011 online stats, most of the real estate scams somehow involved online commitments. Dean Graziosi is a realtor, a successful entrepreneur who runs a multimillion dollar business. He has established his business as well as his reputation after a long untiring journey.

Dean belongs to a broken family, his mother worked hard to support her kids. He and his sister went to a nearby school. Due to hard and unfavorable circumstances, Dean was unable to complete his education. He left his education after 10th grade. Soon after, at the age of 16, he started his first entrepreneurship. His first business was small auto parts business. Amid auto parts business, he successful completed his first real estate deal at the age of 18.

Since then, Dean has never looked back. He worked hard, without differentiating between day and night. As a result, today he owns a multimillion dollar real estate business. According to Dean, he had not earned throughout his career life as much as he has been earning since he has adopted social media and other technology. Dean believes that real estate must get advantage from internet, especially social media by following given strategy.

All Around Presence:
For a good realtor, it is very necessary that he must avail all of the available choices. Some of the realtors just manage their facebook page or post tweets once in a fortnight. And then these realtors complain why they do not get any output from social media. Dean explains that social media does not mean instant clicks. You cannot expect that you post a tweet and instantly you will get hundreds of followers.

Social media means maintaining your presence. It is just an ever going festival where everyone is presenting their skills, if you missed it, you missed an immense opportunity. If you grabbed it, you opened doors for future opportunities. If someone is not going to sign a deal today, he will be surely interested in purchasing or selling at some other time.

Never overlook any social media platform. Maintain a profile from Facebook to Google+, from Twitter to LinkedIn, YouTube, Flicker, Meetup, Trulia, Zillow, WellcomeMat, Architizer, Forequare and Gowalla to name a few popular social media sites. In addition, make your website compatible with mobile apps and tablets.

Active Participation:
Making all of the above mentioned measurements are not enough. You must make sure that you are actively participating. Encourage your visitors into active conversations. Post appealing and inviting images of the property you want to sell.

Expert Advice:
Most of the people often carry questions regarding purchase and sell of the property. An option like "Ask a Question" is always appealing. However, you must make sure that you regularly answer to the queries. Never lead your customer to Google search result, if they have to ask Google why they should bother to stay or return to your website.
