3 Quick Ways to Find Local Buyers and/or Landlords In A Pinch
- Contact your real estate agent and ask them to pull a list of all properties that have recently sold (30-90 days) for cash in your desired market area. Take those names and look them up in your local tax records to contact the buyers.
- Call landlord "For Rent" signs around the area, in newspapers and on-line classifieds such as Craigslist and ask them if they are interested in picking up great deals on other income props.
- Put out one to 12 bandit signs that say: "Must Sell House Fast - Cheap for All Cash" and a good phone number.
Your buyers list is always going to be growing. It is a work in progress, updating it every day. It's not only finding current buyers but future buyers as well. |
