As a real estate agent, he/she must have proper planning and strategic ideas for marketing. Make sure that the agent brings something new for every individual client.

7- How will you sell my home? (Any specific idea)
8- State pros and cons of mail campaign
9- Ask for modes of advertisement
10- Do you use online as well as offline modes?
11- Ask for samples (of flyers, emails, signage, and virtual tour)
12- Ask about online marketing strategy.

For Buyer:
